A man was shot to death Friday afternoon on a sidewalk in Auburn Gresham.
Just before 2 p.m., the 28-year-old was in the 8500 block of South Morgan Street when four people exited a car, pulled out firearms and began shooting, Chicago police said.
The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No one is in custody, and Area 2 detectives are investigating.
