A man was shot and killed Friday morning in South Chicago.
Officers found the 33-year-old unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the chest about 8:30 a.m. inside a home in the 7900 block of South East End Avenue, Chicago police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death was ruled a homicide, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. His name hasn’t been released.
No arrests were reported.
