Man found dead in Denver cemetery, police investigating as homicide

Denver police are investigating a potential homicide after a man’s body was discovered in a Denver cemetery Saturday.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene and the investigation is underway in the 400 block of South Quebec Street, the Denver Police Department stated on social media at 6:16 p.m. Saturday.

It’s unclear where the man’s body was found inside the cemetery, but his death is being investigated as a homicide.

The victim’s cause of death and identity will be released by the Denver Medical Examiner’s Office.
