A man was fatally shot in Greater Grand Crossing Tuesday evening, according to Chicago police.
The man, 38, was inside a residence in the 7400 block of South Rhodes Avenue at 6:53 p.m. when he was shot in the head, police said. He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center where he later died.
No one is in custody.
