A 74-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Monday morning in North Center on the Northwest Side.
Around 9 a.m., the man exited a vehicle in the 2000 block of West Berteau Avenue when two gunmen opened fire, striking him in the left arm and grazing him in the neck, Chicago police said.
He was taken to the Illinois Masonic Medical Center where he was in critical condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
