Luxury Colorado mountain mansion hits the market for $25 million

A luxurious mountain mansion and largest home in Beaver Creek and Vail is now on the market with a price tag of $25 million.

Along with nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, the 20,210-square-foot home located within Beaver Creek Resort boasts an indoor pool and spa, sauna, 2,000-bottle wine salon, library and not one but two commercial kitchens.

Listed by LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, the property at 181 S. Fairway Drive sits on 1.5 acres and has direct access to the Beaver Creek Golf Course, according to the real estate company.

“The soothing sounds of the creek, which winds along the east side of the property and the golf course, can be enjoyed from several rooms in the home and the thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, creating a seamless connection between luxury living and the serenity of nature,” Sotheby’s officials wrote on the listing page.

The mansion was designed by the late Colorado architect Charles Sink in 1985, whose other works include Vail’s clock tower, the Cheesman Park-adjacent condo building One Cheesman Place and former McNichols Arena. It was later owned by Malik Hasan, founder of multiple healthcare companies including one of the country’s largest HMOs, and his wife Seeme.
