A nearly 15,000-square-foot contemporary estate has entered the market for $75 million inside Aspen’s gated Starwood community.
After nearly five and a half years of design, permitting and construction, the newly built estate at 401 Carroll Drive was completed this year and is fully furnished.
The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home features resort-style amenities, including a full wellness center with spa features, a swimming pool with integrated hot tub, gym, private theater, 800-bottle wine room and cabana lounge. The property is about 6 acres.
Additional features include a dedicated office, three-car garage, seven gas fireplaces, and extensive snowmelt systems that provide access and year-round usability.
The home was designed by Whitecap Designs in collaboration with Studio 133 and KA DesignWorks, and constructed by Janckila Construction Inc. Italian-imported furnishings were curated by Malibu Design, while artwork is staged by Tania Dibbs of Big Sky Studio in Basalt.
The listing is represented by Chris Klug of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty.

The estate delivers a level of scale and acreage that is no longer attainable in Aspen, according to a news release on the listing.
Aspen’s geography and strict zoning laws limit the availability of land for new construction.
Surrounded by mountains and protected public lands, opportunities for building are scarce. This limited supply, combined with strong demand, has driven property prices to some of the highest levels in the country.
As of January, the Aspen Board of Realtors’ local market update shows that the average sales price for a single-family home in Aspen has increased to just over $24 million, up 33% from 2025, when the average was nearly $18.2 million.
