East Bay pets of the week for Nov. 15

Hi, I’m Nala! As regal as a lion but gentle as a kitten, I’ll greet you with a wiggle waggle and plenty of kisses. I love playtime and outdoor fun, especially if it means socializing! But I’m also a fan of quiet couch snuggles. Whether we’re out and about or cozy at home, I’m all in for making happy memories together. I’d be a lovable addition to any home, bringing warmth, joy and lots of love your way! Visit the website of the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society at berkeleyhumane.org to learn more and schedule a meeting with me.

Meet Morocco, a big-hearted tabby with a personality as warm as the sun! This gentle giant loves nothing more than to soak up some rays and cuddle up next to his favorite humans. At 7 years old, he’s the perfect blend of playful and relaxed. Morocco is looking for a loving home where he can bask in the sunshine and enjoy cozy snuggles. His adoption fees have been discounted through our Club Second Chance program, and seniors can adopt Morocco for free! Meet this big softy at our Dublin adoption center. The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. This stunning, curious, confident 2-year-old German Shepherd loves to go out and about — and is super smart. We think he’d thrive with someone who would get him into parks and nature and expend some energy. These 5-month-old brother and sister were dumped out front of Shepards Gate Battered Womens Shelter. Bonnie and Clyde were sweet from the beginning. Their foster says they are thriving in her home, playful and happy. Clyde is very friendly and so is Bonnie, although she makes you work for her attention by playing shy at first, but not for long. For more information about this or any other adoptable pets with the Contra Costa SPCA, call Pat at 925-323-0667.
