Dianna Russini Takes Action After Photos Leaked of Her Kissing Mike Vrabel

Another day, another wild turn in the scandal between former NFL insider Dianna Russini and New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel.

It’s been nearly three weeks since photos of the two, who are married to different people, were published in Page Six showing the two holding hands and fueling speculation the two were having an affair.

Vrabel addressed reporters earlier this week, admitting he had “difficult conversations” with his friends, family, and team about all the speculation regarding his personal life.

Things got even worse on Thursday when Page Six published more photos, this time of Vrabel and Russini kissing in a bar back in 2020.

“They were having a glorious time,” a source told Page Six. “They were [giving each other] pecks, a bunch of pecks, constantly. There was nobody in there. Nobody knew who they were. I don’t even think the bartenders did.”

Dianna Russini Pulls Disappearing Act

Shortly after the kissing photos were published, Russini deleted her X account and made her personal Instagram account private.

Several of Russini’s old tweets were unearthed by social media users, many of which made her relationship with Vrabel look even more incriminating.

Some users even pointed out that Russini’s son is named Michael, prompting speculation that it was a secret ode to Vrabel, while some even joked Vrabel could be the father of Russini’s son and not her husband, Kevin Goldschmidt.

With her mentions likely flooded with hatred and angry messages, Russini took matters into her own hands and erased her digital footprint — or at least made it harder to contact and/or find any details about her life.

Vrabel Not Facing as Much Backlash as Russini

Twenty-four hours before Round 1 of the draft, Vrabel announced he’d be stepping away from the team on Day 3 of the draft to spend time with his family and to seek counseling.

The Patriots issued a statement of support for their head coach on Thursday.

“The New England Patriots fully support Mike Vrabel’s decision to prioritize his family first, as well as his own well-being. Mike has been open with us about his commitment to being the best version of himself for his family, this team, and our fans, and we respect the steps he is taking to follow through on that commitment,” the statement said.

“We are confident in the leadership and communication Mike has established with our personnel staff throughout this pre-draft process. While he will not be present at the facility on Saturday, we know the draft evaluations are complete, and Eliot Wolf and his personnel staff are prepared to execute our draft as planned this weekend.”

It doesn’t appear Vrabel will face any sort of discipline from the Patriots, and the NFL has already determined it won’t investigate Vrabel for having an inappropriate relationship with Russini.
