Chipotle opening two new Colorado locations — one with a drive-through lane

Chipotle Mexican Grill announced this week that it will open two new Colorado locations before the end of July.

The Denver-born brand, now based in Newport Beach, Calif., is opening its 11th Denver and second Boulder outlets, each with an innovative twist.

The new Denver store at 5560 N. Tower Road, in Green Valley Ranch, opens on Tuesday, July 30 and features a “Chipotlane,” a drive-through pickup lane for guests to grab digital orders from their cars.

The giant burrito giant’s new Boulder location at 1262 College Ave. opens Monday, July 29, and will be the first location on University Hill, a popular hangout for University of Colorado students. There will be a walk-up window for digital orders.
