Authorities are investigating the death of a Chicago woman early Saturday at a music venue in west suburban Stone Park.
The 21-year-old woman was pronounced dead about 2 a.m. at Mansion Live music venue, 3801 W. Lake St., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Her cause of death has not been determined, and her name hasn’t been released.
Stone Park police did not immediately return a request for information.
A concert scheduled for Saturday night at the venue was postponed.
“We are deeply saddened by the incident that occurred at Mansion Live last night,” the music venue said in a social media post. “Our thoughts are with everyone affected, and we’re working closely with local authorities to assist in anything we can, as this is ongoing.”
