Cameron Young & Wife, Kelsey Dalition, Don’t Have Time for Instagram

Cameron Young and wife, Kelsey Dalition, live a different life than some of their PGA Tour peers. The couple lives a busy life with three kids under the age of five.

Young made the decision to delete his Instagram account, and his wife is not known to have a public social media presence either. It looks like the decision is paying off as Young is having a hot start to 2026. Young revealed what family time looks like for him and his wife.

“We have three kids, and some of the guys around my age are having their first or having a second,” Young told Town & Country’s Emily Burack in an April 9, 2026, story titled, “It’s Cameron Young’s Moment.”

“… For us, if I ever get to have one of our kids at a time, it’s a huge treat. They’re all amazing individually, and it’s only when they’re all together that it sometimes feels overwhelming,” Young added.

“But any moment after they’ve gone to sleep and it’s me and my wife downstairs cleaning up after the day, just to be grateful for that time that you get to spend because it is fleeting. And I’ve really tried to make sure that I enjoy it as much as I can.”

Here’s what you need to know about Young and his wife.

Cameron Young’s Personal Admission on Wife, Kelsey Dalition: She Allows Me to ‘Chase My Dreams’

After winning The Players in March, Young credited Dalition for helping him “chase my dreams.” The family shared a special moment celebrating on the 18th green after the tournament.

“None of this is possible without my wife, Kelsey and my family,” Young remarked in a March 15, interview posted by the PGA Tour. “She works incredibly hard on all of our behalf.

“I mean, it’s constant. They travel all the time. So she holds up that part of it at home and does it all on my behalf, so I can go do my job and chase my dreams.”

Cameron Young Deleted Instagram While Prioritizing Family Over Social Media

GettyCameron Young’s wife, Kelsey Dalition, took part in the Masters Par 3 Tournament with the golfer and their three kids.

Young was not always as reluctant to use social media. The golfer explained why his previous experience with Instagram prompted the golfer to delete the app. It does not appear that the PGA Tour star has any regrets.

“So for me, I felt like if it took me away from other things I could be doing for half an hour or an hour or two hours a day, I just felt like my time could be better spent elsewhere,” Young told Town & Country. “And getting rid of it all together, ultimately, quieted my mind. And it just is something I don’t think about anymore.

“It’s not a part of my life. And I’m grateful for that because I understand it’s where a lot of the culture happens, but it’s also not always positive. I had gotten one too many negative messages and spent a little too much time on it and just decided that I’d be better [without] it, and not even open the door to any of that anymore.”
