Two restaurants and a bakery were burglarized in under 30 minutes early Wednesday on the Near West Side.
Around 2:40 a.m., officers responded to a burglary at a restaurant in the 1600 block of West Ogden Avenue and found the front glass door shattered and money missing from the register, Chicago police said.
About 10 minutes later, officers responded to a restaurant in the 2200 block of West Taylor Street and found the glass front door shattered and money taken from the register, police said.
Around 3 a.m., a burglary occurred at a bakery on the same block where the front door was shattered and the cash register was taken, officials said.
No arrests have been made.
