Boy, 16, wounded in Grand Crossing shooting

A 16-year-old boy was wounded in a shooting early Saturday in Grand Crossing on the South Side.

Just after 4 a.m., the boy was in the first block of West 71st Street when he was shot, Chicago police said.

He was taken to St. Bernard Hospital where he was listed in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
