Boy, 15, grazed in Streeterville shooting

A 15-year-old boy was grazed in a shooting Friday night in the Streeterville neighborhood on the Near North Side.

Officers responding about 9:40 p.m. to the 400 block of North Cityfront Plaza Drive saw a large group fleeing the area and found the boy with a graze wound to his leg, Chicago police said.

He was taken in good condition to Lurie Children’s Hospital, police said.

No one is in custody, and Area 3 detectives are investigating.
