A teen was fatally shot Monday night in Englewood, Chicago police said.
The 13-year-old was inside a residence in the 500 block of West 65th Place at 6:54 p.m. when a gun went off and he was shot in the chest, police said. He was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where he later died.
A person of interest was taken in for questioning, police said.
