Attorney representing 120 alleged Diddy victims sued for assault

The attorney representing at least 120 alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” Combs has himself been accused of assault, according to a new lawsuit.

A suit filed by a “Jane Doe” claims attorney Tony Buzbee assaulted her years ago while handling her divorce, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. She accuses Buzbee of malpractice that cost her millions of dollars in a botched divorce settlement.

While the documents do not detail the alleged attack, an associate of the accuser told TMZ that Buzbee became enraged upon seeing her and shoved a champagne flute into her face, which chipped her tooth. She’s got the medical and dental records to prove it, the source told TMZ.

“Tony Buzbee is a hypocrite,” the woman’s lawyer, Jeremy Bohrer, told the outlet. “There is nothing worse than when a black hat masquerades as a white hat.”

Buzbee, for his part, called the allegations “crazy fiction.”

The attorney is also facing a civil lawsuit filed by an unidentified “high-profile celebrity” accusing Buzbee of extortion, a charge Buzbee has also denied, USA Today reported.

Buzbee is representing 120 people claiming they were sexually assaulted by Combs, who was arrested in September and already faces 12 active suits and plus federal sex trafficking charges. He’s currently being held without bail at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
