3 people arrested in Arvada after Broomfield shooting, police chase

Three people were arrested Friday afternoon in Arvada after allegedly shooting at a vehicle near Northwest Parkway and U.S. 36 in Broomfield, police officials said.

Broomfield officers responded to reports of several shots fired at a vehicle near Northwest Parkway and U.S. 36 at 3:29 p.m. Friday, according to spokesperson Rachel Haslett.

One person was grazed by a bullet but wasn’t taken to the hospital, Haslett said.

Officers followed the vehicle and arrested two women and a man after a short foot chase near West 63rd Place and Sheridan Boulevard.
