Three people were killed and a child seriously injured after a crash set a car ablaze in unincorporated Woodstock on Sunday, according to Woodstock Fire/Rescue District.

Firefighters responded to a call of a multi-vehicle crash about noon in the 13400 block of Davis Road and found a black sedan on fire and a silver SUV with a child trapped inside, fire officials said. The driver of the SUV and the two occupants of the black sedan were pronounced dead at the scene after the fire was put out.
