Two women were stabbed during an argument early Tuesday inside a Hegewisch home on the Far South Side.
The women, 35 and 67, were arguing with someone in the 13000 block of South Muskegon Avenue around 2:30 a.m. when they were attacked, Chicago police said.
The younger woman was stabbed in the body and the older woman in the abdomen, police said. Both were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where they were in serious condition.
A suspect was in custody, according to police.
