Two people were killed and several were injured in an apartment fire Sunday morning in Kenwood on the South Side.
Firefighters responded to the blaze early Sunday morning in the 1200 block of East 46th Street and several ambulances were sent to the scene, the Chicago Fire Department said.
Two females whose ages weren’t known died in the fire, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Officials told ABC7Chicago one person jumped from the building.
