14-year-old girl shot, wounded in Roseland

A teenage girl was shot and wounded Tuesday night in Roseland on the Far South Side.

The 14-year-old was struck in the leg by gunfire about 7:15 p.m. in the first block of West 110th Street, Chicago police said. The circumstances of the shooting weren’t known.

The girl was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where she was listed in good condition, police said.

No one is in custody, and detectives are investigating.
