<p id=”par-1_104″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/duggar-family/”>Anna Duggar</a> has kept an incredibly low profile since <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/josh-duggars-complete-child-pornography-conviction-and-appeal-timeline.html/”>Josh Duggar’s conviction</a> for possessing and receiving child pornography in 2021. She’s avoided family photos, shied away from social media, and has only been seen in the background of family videos a handful of times. In those glimpses she has looked mostly miserable. That has changed this holiday season. Photographers have captured Anna out and about in the community twice this month. While she looks much different than she once did, one thing hasn’t changed. The mother of seven is still wearing her wedding band, dispelling all rumors that she has left her troubled husband.</p>

<p id=”par-2_80″>In the months following Josh Duggar’s sentencing, Duggar family followers theorized that Anna Duggar was figuring out a way to leave her dastardly husband behind. Even before his shocking arrest on child pornography charges, followers found the pairing and<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/anna-duggar-opened-up-about-josh-duggars-betrayal-in-an-early-episode-of-counting-on.html/”> Josh’s treatment of Anna</a> troubling. As he languishes behind bars, his wife appears to be lying low, with some followers wondering if she is enjoying her independence enough to make <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/josh-duggar-fearing-anna-duggar-might-leave-points-distrusting-family.html/”>a move toward divorce</a>. It doesn’t seem that will be happening.</p>

<p id=”par-3_66″>Last week, Anna Duggar was spotted near a school in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with another woman. She was walking casually, wearing jeans, a black shirt, a sweater, and sneakers. While Duggar family followers were caught off guard by her style, what was going on on her hand was equally as interesting. In the photos published by <a target=”_blank” href=”https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/13102157/anna-duggar-laughs-friends-rare-outing-josh-prison/” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>the U.S. Sun</a>, Anna appears to be wearing her wedding band.</p>
<p id=”par-4_60″>A few days later, the same publication shared more photos of the Duggar in-law. Again, she wore jeans and a sweater while shopping in Arkansas. Once again, her ring finger appears adorned with a wedding band. Anna’s decision to continue wearing her wedding ring suggests she has absolutely no plans on leaving her troubled husband despite his lengthy prison term.</p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-when-does-josh-duggar-get-out-of-prison”>When does Josh Duggar get out of prison?</h2>
<p id=”par-5_82″>While Josh was sentenced to more than 12 years behind bars, based on his current projected release date, he’ll serve a bit less than 11 years. According to The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Josh will be <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/josh-duggars-prison-release-date-changed-again-what-might-have-happened.html/”>released from FCI Seagoville in October 2032</a>, just shy of 11 years after his conviction. His release date was changed after he allegedly ran into trouble inside the prison walls for possessing contraband. His release date could be pushed back further if there are other infractions.</p>

<p id=”par-6_52″>After his release, Josh Duggar must regularly check in with a parole officer. He will also be banned from viewing all forms of pornography. Upon his release, Josh will not be allowed to spend any unsupervised time with minors. He must also submit to polygraph tests if his parole officer requests them.</p>

By the time he gets out of prison, some of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/duggar-family-josh-duggars-7-kids-resurface-together-for-the-first-time-since-his-2021-arrest.html/”>his own children</a> will be adults. Mackynzie Duggar, the couple’s oldest daughter, will be 23. His youngest child, Madyson Duggar, was born weeks before Duggar was convicted. She will turn 11 around the time Duggar is released. Michael and Marcus Duggar will also be over the age of 18. Meredith, Mason, and Maryella Duggar will be 17, 15, and 13, respectively, when their father is released from a federal lockup. Anna and Josh will both turn 44 the year he’s released from federal lockup. The pair married when they were just 20.</p>
