<p id=”par-1_37″>As disgraced <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/music/”>music</a> mogul <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/sean-diddy-combs/?swcfpc=1″>Sean “Diddy” Combs</a> continues to <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/sean-p-diddy-combs-can-personal-items-jail.html/?swcfpc=1″>sit in prison</a> awaiting trial, many have wondered what those on the outside, who were part of his inner circle, really know about the crimes he’s accused of. </p>
<p id=”par-2_62″>That includes Kristina Khorram. Combs once described her as his “right-hand woman,” and she’s been named in at least three lawsuits against the rapper. Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones compared Khorram to <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/jeffrey-epsteins-ex-ghislaine-maxwell-bullied-princess-diana-and-made-her-cry.html/”>Ghislaine Maxwell</a>, the British socialite linked to late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and believed to be his “partner in crime” aiding in the sexual abuse of young women and girls. </p>
<p id=”par-3_19″>Here’s what we know about Khorram and what she has said about the allegations against her and Diddy. </p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-who-is-kristina-khorram”>Who is Kristina Khorram?</h2>
<p id=”par-4_62″>Khorram has a bachelor’s degree in business and French from North Carolina State University. Before she began working for Diddy, she was an employee at Paramount Pictures, Burberry, and AOL. In her since-deleted LinkedIn account, Khorram shared that she joined Combs Enterprises as a senior executive in 2013. She moved up the ranks and by 2020, became Diddy’s chief of staff. </p>
<p id=”par-5_16″>In a 2021 Facebook post, Combs spoke about Khorram and how important she is to him.</p>
<p id=”par-6_50″>“Meet Kristina Khorram, Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises. Kristina aka KK keeps everything in my life and my business running,” Combs wrote. “She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get s*** done. Don’t know how I’d function without her.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_66″>He also gave her a special birthday shout-out posting: “Happy birthday to my ace boon coon, my right hand, my day-to-day manager that keeps my world twirling and she’s always got my back. She makes sure that I smile every day, and I don’t go into those dark places. Today is your day, it’s your muthaf***** birthday!!! Go KK, it’s your birthday!! Love you Kristina Khorram.”</p>
<p id=”par-8_27″>Khorram was photographed by Diddy’s side in Miami when his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura filed her bombshell sexual abuse and sex trafficking lawsuit against him in 2023.</p>

<p id=”par-9_15″>In March 2025, Khorram finally broke her silence and addressed the allegations against her. </p>
<p id=”par-10_66″>“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss,” Khorram said in a statement to <a href=”https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/sean-combs-chief-of-staff-breaks-silence-1235298879/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Rolling Stone</a>. “These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family. I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone.</p>
<p id=”par-11_59″>“The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in — or even being a bystander to — the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable. That is not who I am and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue.”</p>
<p id=”par-12_11″>As for Combs, he too has denied the accusations against him.</p>
