<p id=”par-1_40″>According to a new report, <em>Hawkeye </em>actor Tony Dalton will return to the <a href=”http://cheatsheet.com/tag/marvel-cinematic-universe”>Marvel Cinematic Universe</a> as Jack Duquesne in <em><a href=”http://cheatsheet.com/tag/daredevil”>Daredevil: Born Again</a></em>. Dalton is expected to appear in two episodes of the highly-anticipated series streaming on Disney+ next month.</p>

<p id=”par-2_31″>Tony Dalton made his MCU debut in <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/hawkeye-kate-bishop-clint-barton-related-marvel-disney-series.html/”>the 2021 series <em>Hawkeye</em></a>. Known to comic book fans as the Swordsman, Jack Duquesne got a slightly different origin story in the Disney+ show.</p>
<p id=”par-3_47″>Duquesne was engaged to Eleanor Bishop (Vera Farmiga), mother of the new Hawkeye Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld). While initially teased as the villain, the Swordsman ultimately proved to be Kate’s ally and it was in fact Eleanor working with the Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin (<em>Daredevil</em>‘s Vincent D’Onofrio).</p>
<p id=”par-4_41″><a href=”https://variety.com/2025/tv/news/daredevil-born-again-tony-dalton-hawkeye-swordsman-1236314705/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Variety</a> confirmed longstanding rumors that Dalton would return in <em>Daredevil: Born Again</em>. Given the appearance of D’Onforio in the <em>Hawkeye</em> finale, it wasn’t a stretch to imagine more characters crossing over as the Charlie Cox-led series moved from Netflix to Disney+.</p>
