But because the 2024-25 NFL season <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/taylor-swift-trying-to-be-there-travis-kelce-difficult-super-bowl-loss-insider-says.html/”>ended in defeat</a> for her boyfriend, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/travis-kelce/”>Travis Kelce</a>, and the Kansas City Chiefs, getting started on that future has to wait. </p>

As an insider told <a href=”https://radaronline.com/p/taylor-swift-settle-down-kids-travis-kelce-hold-nfl-retirement/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”><em>Radar Online</em></a>, she expected the NFL to be in the rearview mirror. That way, they could focus on getting married and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/taylor-swift-travis-kelce-already-talked-kids-together.html/”>starting a family</a>. </p>
<p id=”par-3_47″>“The idea was Travis would win the Super Bowl and go out in a blaze of glory. So they’d have more time to be together and could plan a wedding and a baby,” the source said. “Fans want them to start a family the sooner the better.” </p>
<p id=”par-4_55″>But that didn’t happen. The Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl. After much speculation about retiring, Kelce revealed in a text read aloud on <em>The Pat McAfee</em> <em>Show </em>that he’s not done. He said he intends to get in the “best shape” in the hopes of winning his fourth Super Bowl. </p>
<p id=”par-5_49″>Although “it’s understandable he doesn’t want to go out with a loss,” Kelce’s football career means the timeline for him and Swift has shifted. “Taylor has her future planned out to a tee,” the insider said, noting speculation she wouldn’t want to get pregnant while Kelce’s still playing football. </p>
<p id=”par-6_38″>“He’ll be so busy training. And then when football season kicks off, he’ll be focused on the game and winning,” they said. Once Swift is pregnant, the source added, “It seems likely she’d want Travis’ total undivided attention.” </p>

The pair reportedly traveled for a month. They were spotted in Park City, Utah, followed by New York, where she has an $18 million home. “They’ve been traveling, spending precious time together, and letting the rest of the world go for a bit,” a second insider said. While Kelce’s dad has called the off-season a “<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/taylor-swift-travis-kelce-entering-very-good-period-relationship-according-dad.html/”>very good period</a>” for the two, it’s also been described as a chance for them to overcome the “<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/travis-kelce-taylor-swift-face-huge-hurdle-relationship-chiefs-super-bowl-loss.html/”>huge hurdle</a>” of losing the Super Bowl. </p>
