<p id=”par-4_34″>He also included Michael Jordan and Muhammed Ali on his list. When <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/dr-dre-saw-god-1st-last-time-smoked-snoop-dogg.html/”>asked by Dr. Dre</a> if he meant Michael Jackson instead of Jordan, Snoop said he’d already smoked next to the late singer.</p>

<p id=”par-5_46″>While Snoop Dogg has said he has taken breaks from weed at various points in his life, he relies on it when he works on new music. It’s one of several elements he reportedly needs to have to make music.</p>
<p id=”par-6_46″>“To write rap I’ve got to smoke a lot of weed,” he said, per the <a target=”_blank” href=”https://www.irishexaminer.com/lifestyle/arid-30561952.html” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Irish Examiner</a>. “I need some music, old music, R’n’B, hip hop, anything that’s 70s, 80s, 60s, something that’s inspiring, then I’ve got to have a couple of females around for inspiration.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_15″>Though he’s high while he writes, he said it feels like a sport to him.</p>
<p id=”par-8_50″>“It’s a sport to me, because it’s like you’re driving me to want to outdo you,” he said. “It’s like if I saw you doing a three-sixty kick on a skateboard, I gotta do a seven-twenty, just to outdo you. My style of rap, I’m going to say is tae-kwon-do.”</p>

<p id=”par-9_28″>Snoop began smoking weed years ago and said his habit developed with help from Tupac Shakur. Tupac <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/snoop-dogg-smoked-first-ever-blunt-tupac-long-before-paying-professional-blunt-roller-over-50k-year.html/”>gave him his first blunt</a>, which he quickly learned he liked.</p>
