The Prince of Wales, 42, is reportedly “spitting mad” <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/prince-william-kate-middleton-agreed-consciously-avoid-prince-harry-insider-claims.html/”>at his younger brother</a>, the Duke of Sussex. Why? Because he won’t stop discussing <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/princess-diana/”>Princess Diana</a> in the press. Ahead, what Harry recently said about their late mother that’s got William upset. </p>

Apparently, it’s gotten to the point where “he’s so fed up with [Harry and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/meghan-markle/?swcfpc=1″>Meghan Markle</a>] cashing in on Diana’s death.” </p>
<p id=”par-4_23″>The insider went on to suggest there are monetary motivations behind the Duke and Duchess of Sussex discussing Diana publicly, something William despises. </p>
<p id=”par-5_36″>“Harry just won’t move on,” they said. “And it appears that since marrying Meghan, the obsession with his mother has only intensified. William’s getting to the point where he’s washing his hands of Harry for good.” </p>
<p id=”par-6_27″>William and Harry have been estranged for years. However, if both <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/prince-william-prince-harry-place-time-soon.html/”>attend the funeral</a> of their uncle Robert Fellowes, they might find themselves in the same room. </p>

<p id=”par-7_25″>So, what exactly did Harry say that’s got William upset? The 39-year-old suggested their late mother had been subjected to phone hacking by British tabloids. </p>
<p id=”par-8_47″>“There is evidence to suggest that she was being hacked in the mid-90s, probably one of the first people to be hacked,” Harry said in <em>Tabloids on Trial</em> (via <a href=”https://deadline.com/2024/07/prince-harry-privacy-please-itv-interview-tabloids-on-trial-1236019947/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Deadline</a>). “And yet still today, the press, the tabloid press very much enjoy painting her as being paranoid.” </p>
<p id=”par-9_26″>“But she wasn’t paranoid,” he added. “She was absolutely right of what was happening to her. And she’s not around today to find out the truth.”</p>
