<p id=”par-4_37″>Thus, Prince William will likely be as close to a ruler as his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, who always put duty first. However, William also embodies some of his father’s spirit, including his love for conservationism and sustainability.</p>

The word is he’s already on his way to being the toughest ruler the family has ever seen.” </p>
<p id=”par-8_34″>The source added, “He wants expenses to be monitored closely, and any fat trimmed straight away. He doesn’t want there to be any sense that special perks are being handed out to the royals.”</p>
