Meghan Markle won’t have to worry too much if her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, fails. According to a PR expert the Duchess of Sussex, 43, can simply “shift gears.” Why? Because if the series doesn’t perform she still knows how to “roll with the punches.”

Meghan ‘will be fine’ if her new Netflix show bombs

Speaking to <a href=”https://www.express.co.uk/news/royal/1999198/one-reason-meghan-markle-will” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Express, PR expert Edward Coram-James shared that Meghan “will be fine” if the show doesn’t become a hit.

“Honestly, I think Meghan’s going to be just fine, regardless of how ‘With Love, Meghan’ performs,” the <a href=”https://www.goup.co.uk/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Go Up CEO said. She’ll likely “shift gears” and continue with her work even if it flops like Polo did in December 2024.

“We have to remember that she’s not someone who’s betting everything on a single project,” Coram-James went on. “She’s got a tonne [sic] of experience in the public eye. And it’s clear she’s learned how to roll with the punches.”

“Yes, ‘Archetypes’ didn’t break the internet like some expected. And ‘Pearl’ got scrapped. But that doesn’t mean she’s out of options. If one show doesn’t work, she can easily shift gears.”

With Love, Meghan is, according to Netflix’s official show description an “inspiring series” produced by the duchess that “reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old.”

In the series’ eight episodes, “Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection.” She also “highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”

While Meghan’s Netflix show could certainly fail—after all, Archewell Productions doesn’t have a track record of churning out hit after hit—commentator Afua Hagan expects With Love, Meghan will do well.

“It’s Meghan picking up from where she left off,” Hagan told the outlet. “She has always been interested in this kind of lifestyle content. She had her blog ‘The Tig’ before she was the Duchess of Sussex when she was working on ‘Suits.’” (Meghan shut down her blog before becoming a royal.)

“It’s something she has always had a passion for,” the journalist and commentator added. “This is that blog coming to life as it were.”
