<p id=”par-1_50″><em>Harlem</em> filled a void in TV programming when it aired in late 2021, highlighting Black female friendships vibrantly and uniquely. Now, the <a href=”https://cheatsheet.com/tag/amazon-prime-video”>Amazon comedy-drama</a> will officially conclude with Season 3. The cast, which features Meagan Good, Grace Byers, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/harlem-star-shoniqua-shandai-talks-angies-glow-up-in-season-2.html/”>Shoniqua Shandai</a>, and Jerrie Johnson, has a lot to say about it.</p>
<p id=”par-2_75″>The <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/harlem-season-2-sherri-shepherd-lil-rel-cast-who-isnt-returning.html/”>four stars of <em>Harlem</em> joined Sherri Shepherd</a> on her daytime talk show, <em><em><a href=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgizbuOtS7I” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Sherri</a></em></em>. They discussed Season 3, which premieres January 23, 2025, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. This third season will conclude the journey of the four main characters — Camille, Tye, Quinn, and Angie — as they navigate their careers, relationships, and personal growth in New York City. With new episodes premiering weekly, <em>Harlem</em> fans hoped to see more from the show. </p>

<p id=”par-3_70″>However, as Byers, who portrays Quinn, stated, “We’re very, very sad that this is the final season of <em>Harlem</em>.” She prefaced this statement with a comment on the cast dynamic. “I feel like we’ve all been friends since high school, for real,” the former <em>Empire</em> star explained. “It was the strangest thing because we’re all different people with different personalities. But yet we come together in such an effortless way.”</p>

<p id=”par-4_82″>Shepherd turned to <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/meagan-good-radiant-tropical-set-glowing-look.html/”>Good</a> and remarked, “Meagan, it’s so sad. It’s the final season of <em>Harlem</em>. What do you want your audience, your fans, to take away from this whole journey?” <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/harlem-meagan-good-burst-out-crying-landed-role-camille.html/”>Good, who portrays Camille</a>, paused before commenting, “Let me start by saying this has been the best professional experience that I’ve ever had, and I’ve been doing it for 35 years plus. And it’s because of these girls, and it’s because of Tracy [Oliver, <em>Harlem</em>‘s creator] … everybody across the board.”</p>

<p id=”par-5_89″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/harlem-star-meagan-good-reveals-what-she-considered-doing-after-her-divorce-from-devon-franklin.html/”>Good continued</a>, “When it’s all said and done I think that people will feel seen … Especially as women of color, they will just know that they carry so much and they deserve so much. And it’s okay, as Grace was saying earlier, to advocate for yourself … you feel all of that by the time you see the end of the show. We’re really, really proud.” As Good and her costars end this chapter in their careers, all four women are experiencing major shifts in their personal lives.</p>

<p id=”par-6_72″>Byers is now a mother. She gave birth to her son in 2023 and is celebrating seven years of marriage to her husband, <em>Empire</em> co-star Trai Byers. Shandai earned an NAACP Image Awards nomination (Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for <em>Harlem</em>) in 2024 and released her second single, “Feel My Love,” in early January 2025. Good and Johnson both got engaged in 2024, to Jonathan Majors and Dria Brown respectively.</p>

And I think in a way you see that implemented and mirrored in the characters.” The 43-year-old explained that being engaged to Majors, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/jonathan-majors-meagan-good-appear-2-months-conviction-relationship-update.html/”>a former Marvel star</a>, is “amazing.” She added, “He really, really is my partner and my best friend … It’s been the best thing.” We wish the whole cast the best as they close this chapter in their careers and lives.</p>
