<p id=”par-2_34″>Following Combs’s arrest in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, many have questioned who attended these “freak-off” parties and what activities went on behind closed doors. </p>
<p id=”par-3_73″>DiCaprio is one of the stars we know <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/leonardo-dicaprio-not-all-thinking-diddys-case-despite-party-connection-source-says.html/”>attended some of the parties</a> as Diddy called <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kate-winslet-tracked-leonardo-dicaprio-convince-star-titanic.html/?swcfpc=1″>the <em>Titanic </em>actor</a> his favorite guest. Now everything DiCaprio and others connected to Diddy do and have done is under a microscope as people seem to be waiting for the other shoe to drop. While there’s no evidence that DiCaprio has done anything illegal, his past controversies are being scrutinized like his “under 25” dating rule. </p>

However, he may be changing his ways as his current girlfriend, supermodel Vittoria Ceretti, turned 26 in June. Still, it’s one controversy that is being magnified now as people wonder what the Oscar winner knows about what went down at Diddy’s parties. </p>
<p id=”par-7_57″>And speaking of those parties, DiCaprio made it known through sources that he and the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper have “not been in contact” for years. A person close to<em>The Wolf of Wall Street</em> star insisted that the actor never attended any “freak-offs” after pictures emerged of him at one of Diddy’s “white parties” in the Hamptons. </p>

<p id=”par-10_41″><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/jay-z/?swcfpc=1″>Jay-Z</a> was recently named in a suit filed by a Jane Doe claiming that he and Diddy raped her at an MTV VMAs afterparty in 2000 when she was 13 years old. The “99 Problems” rapper vehemently denied the allegations. </p>
<p id=”par-11_69″>The Bad Boy Record founder’s <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sean-diddy-combs-ex-yung-miami-sparks-dating-rumors-nfl-star.html/?swcfpc=1″>ex-girlfriend Yung Miami</a> has also been named in a few lawsuits including the one filed in February 2024 by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sean-diddy-combs-reveals-ridiculous-reason-invited-prince-william-prince-harry-freak-off-parties.html/?swcfpc=1″>Prince Harry was named</a> in that $30 million lawsuit against Diddy as well claiming that Combs’ affiliation with royal family members like Prince Harry gave him more “legitimacy.” However, those documents do not accuse the Duke of Sussex of criminal behavior or any wrongdoing.</p>
<p id=”par-12_30″>As for Diddy, he is <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sean-p-diddy-combs-can-personal-items-jail.html/?swcfpc=1″>currently being held</a> at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and has denied the charges against him. His next court date is set for May. </p>
