The Skims founder, 44, did so in a glam, rocker chic look complete with skintight leather pants. </p>

<p id=”par-2_55″>On the evening of March 17, 2025, Kardashian headed to Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in Calabasas, Calif., with her friend Natalie Halcro, per <a href=”https://www.tmz.com/2025/03/18/kim-kardashian-ice-cream-calabasas-kanye-west-dispute-north-west-song/#continued” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”><em>TMZ</em></a>. But the reality TV star’s outfit was anything but casual. While Halcro sported sweats, tennis shoes, a baseball hat, and coat, Kardashian went the glam route opting for a dressier ensemble. </p>
<p id=”par-3_37″>Kardashian wore skintight black pants, a fur vest-style top, and sky-high heeled black boots. The mother of four completed her look with a smoky eye and slicked-back hair. (And, of course, a few scoops of ice cream.) </p>
<p id=”par-4_22″>While Kardashian has remained active on social media amid the latest drama with her ex-husband, the outing marked her first public appearance. </p>

<p id=”par-5_43″>Kardashian’s ice cream run came after a drama-filled week. West shared his song, “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” a collab with the disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs featuring vocals from North, despite Kardashian’s alleged pushback regarding their oldest child’s trademarked name. </p>
<p id=”par-6_31″>The “Stronger” rapper even shared an alleged text exchange between him and his ex-wife. They detailed how Kardashian apparently tried to stop West from sharing the song due to the trademark. </p>
<p id=”par-7_50″>“I asked you at the time [of her birth] if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop,” Kardashian reportedly wrote in screenshots shared by TMZ. “I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her.”</p>
<p id=”par-8_55″>West shot back that “neither of” them “will recover from the public fallout” of this. “You’re going to have to kill me,” he added. Following a mediation meeting with their respective lawyers in which they agreed the song wouldn’t be released, West released it anyway. “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION,” he wrote on X.</p>

<p id=”par-9_60″>The song drama is the latest that has Kardashian rethinking her and West’s custody agreement. As multiple sources told <a href=”https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-moms/news/kim-kardashian-might-file-for-full-custody-of-her-kanye-wests-kids/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”><em>Us Weekly</em></a> she began seriously “considering” the idea of filing for “full custody” at the time of the Grammy winner’s <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/kim-kardashian-angry-kanye-wests-online-tirades-humiliating-source-says.html/”>controversial social media posts</a>, which included promoting the sale of Swastika-emblazoned t-shirts in a <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kanye-west-likely-trouble-booking-super-bowl-ads-next-year-attorney-says.html/”>Super Bowl commercial</a>, back in February 2025. </p>
<p id=”par-10_84″>That would mean stripping West of joint legal custody of their four children: North, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.<br><br>“She is in a very tough position when she really has to co-parent with him,” an insider said. “Right now he is very distracted and she does not want to say anything bad about him. But the safety of her kids is what is [motivating this consideration].” Another source added that Kardashian “is worried” that West’s behavior online could “create problems” for their children. </p>
<p id=”par-11_21″>For now, Kardashian and West still have joint custody of their four kids as the drama continues to play out legally. </p>
