Insiders now report that Kardashian may try to attain full custody of her kids. And she’s “determined” to remove Ye from her life after his increasingly erratic posts. </p>

<p id=”par-2_53″>Kanye “Ye” West is turning heads in 2025. He and Bianca Censori kicked off the year with their controversial Grammy Awards stunt. This involved Censori revealing her naked body on the red carpet. Ye then took to X to share antisemitic, hateful posts. He also posted in <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/cassie-ventura-pointed-response-kanye-ye-west-supporting-diddy.html/”>support of Sean “Diddy” Combs</a>. </p>
<p id=”par-3_60″>Recently, Ye released a song that included his daughter’s voice and Sean “Diddy” Combs on the same track. This set Kim Kardashian off, as she doesn’t want North West, or any, of their kids connected to Combs. Ye posted texts between himself and Kardashian to X. They stated he has the final say as the man of the family. </p>
<p id=”par-4_45″>Kardashian and Ye’s problems heated up when Kardashian discovered that Andrew and Tristan Tate would be visiting the same location as North and Ye. Andrew and Tristan were arrested in 2022 for allegedly creating a criminal organization in Romania. Kardashian immediately ended North’s visit with her father.</p>
<p id=”par-5_40″>An insider told <a href=”https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/13832761/kim-kardashian-kanye-west-legal-custody-kids/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>The U.S. Sun</a> that Kardashian always encouraged Ye to spend time with their four kids. However, Ye’s recent online behavior has left her “horrified.” Her legal team may now be “taking action” to get her full custody.</p>
<p id=”par-6_85″>“He’s just digging his own grave here,” the source alleged. “He’s showing that he is not fit to be a legal parent, nor has the mental capacity to have custody of children. … Her team is in crisis mode. The plan is to lodge something with the court this week and [use] the fact that Kanye stated his plans to seek full custody of the kids. The plan is to question whether he is ‘mentally fit’ to do so, and then get the ball rolling.”</p>
<p id=”par-7_34″>The source noted that Kardashian could make this a “fast-moving situation” with Kardashian “determined to get Kanye and his threats removed from her life ….” Ultimately, she wants to “protect her and her children.”</p>
