According to Pisciotta, West drugged and sexually assaulted her. <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kim-kardashian-kanye-west-divorce.html/”>Kim Kardashian, West’s famous ex</a>, hasn’t said much regarding the legal situation. However, she’s reportedly “livid” over the lawsuit exposing West’s alleged “sexual kinks.”</p>

<p id=”par-2_63″>Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former assistant, alleged that West fired her after sexually assaulting her. She later amended her lawsuit to state that West drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was at a studio session in Santa Monica, California. Sean “Diddy” Combs co-hosted the session. Federal agents arrested Combs in September 2024 on unrelated charges that include sex trafficking and racketeering. </p>
<p id=”par-3_59″>In addition to the claims directly concerning West and Pisciotta, the updated 88-page lawsuit goes into West’s alleged sexual preferences. West allegedly sent his assistant sexual texts about a three-hour sex session with a celebrity. He also talked about how he wanted to sleep with Bianca Censori’s mother. West denied the accusations against them and accused her of blackmail.</p>

<p id=”par-7_87″>According to Pisciotta, she saw Censori and West at a Post Malone concert in 2022 after she stopped working for West. West allegedly grabbed Pisciotta by the throat and shoved his tongue into her ear. She told <a href=”https://variety.com/2022/tv/news/kim-kardashian-kanye-west-pete-davidson-skims-1235199675/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Variety</a> in 2022 that she likes to “handle” her personal business “privately” and doesn’t want to blast the father of her children. </p>
<p id=”par-9_66″>“Being in the public eye and having disagreements publicly is never easy,” Kardashian explained. “But I do believe in handling it all privately. I believe in championing publicly and criticizing privately. I don’t think I would ever criticize the father of my children on my TV show. That’s just not really what I’m about, and I just don’t think that would ever make me feel good.”</p>
<p id=”par-10_33″>She added that she believes she and West “ultimately want the same goals,” leading her to stay private. “I will, as of now, and hopefully always, take the high road,” Kardashian continued. </p>
