Kardashian was adamantly against the release, as she didn’t want North and Combs in the same conversation given Combs’ arrest. West later took to X to condemn Kardashian and her family. </p>
<p id=”par-3_35″>An insider told <a href=”https://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/kim-kardashian-wants-to-protect-the-kids-amid-kanye-legal-battle/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>In Touch Weekly</a> that West is threatening to spill “dirt” about the Kardashian family in the wake of the feud. However, Kardashian has a duty to protect her kids above all else.</p>
<p id=”par-4_49″>“Kanye says he’s got so much dirt to spill, Kim and her family won’t know what’s hit them when he decides to unleash hell,” the source noted. “But Kim’s conscience is completely clear. At the end of the day, it’s her responsibility to protect the kids at all costs.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_76″>The source added that “everyone” is telling Kardashian to go for full custody of their children. Kardashian and West currently have 50/50 physical and legal custody of their kids. Given what Kardashian has revealed in the past, it sounds like she does the majority of the child care, especially when West chooses to live abroad with his wife, Bianca Censori. West spent ample time in Tokyo in 2024, and rumors suggest he returned in March 2025.</p>

<p id=”par-7_22″>“When you speak about Kim, people might be like, ‘Well, you picked her. You put yourself in that,’” Akademiks tells West. </p>
<p id=”par-8_37″>“Absolutely, I did. That was my fault. No, that was my fault,” West says. “I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with them, but that wasn’t God’s plan.”</p>

But I’m not strategic. I just lean into what I really feel. And I say my truth.
