The rapper has an elusive and mysterious relationship with his wife, but the two partied in style in the Maldives for Censori’s big bash. While West and Censori looked like they had a great time, the Maldives allegedly weren’t their first choice for Censori’s party. Here’s what to know about their original plans.</p>

<p id=”par-2_66″>Kanye West and Bianca Censori went all-out for Censori’s 30th birthday. West posted footage of their night in the Maldives showing Censori dancing with Penelope Cruz at a resort. Additional footage showed West performing for Censori on her special night. As per usual, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kim-kardashian-kanye-west-cross-words-bianca-censoris-risque-clothing-source-says.html/”>Censori dressed in a scantily-clad outfit</a> involving a black halter top and black leggings with her hair slicked back in a bun. </p>
<p id=”par-3_28″>The architect’s party wouldn’t be complete without a birthday cake. Photos from the event showed Censori next to a tiered white cake that looked fit for a wedding.</p>
<p id=”par-4_35″>A source told <a href=”https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/13214680/bianca-censori-birthday-maldives-resort-kanye-west/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>The U.S. Sun</a> that West and Censori initially planned to have the party in Dubai. However, they decided to stick it out in the Maldives after initially flying there for New Year’s.</p>
<p id=”par-5_65″>“They planned to celebrate Bianca’s birthday in Dubai but switched their plans and headed to the Maldives,” the source alleged. “Kanye was really happy to see there were no paparazzi on the island, and he’s been welcomed by a lot of fans. He is flying in some of Bianca’s family for her birthday and they have been villa hopping at the resort and enjoying the amenities.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_34″>The Maldives resort has villas priced from $6,000 to $8,600 per night. In addition to clear waters and white-sand beaches, guests can visit the resort’s award-winning spa, art classes, cycling, and sports facilities. </p>

West is in Japan to record his next album, and Censori is seemingly along for the ride. According to music journalist Touré, West is “upper-class homeless” in Tokyo, as he’s living out of a hotel, <a href=”https://www.tmz.com/2024/10/11/kanye-west-upper-class-homeless-fresh-start-in-tokyo-toure-substack/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>TMZ</a> reports. West reportedly enjoys living in the city because fans and paparazzi don’t bother him.</p>
<p id=”par-8_43″>“They are hounded when they are in the United States, and they never feel truly safe,” a source told <a href=”https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-14256527/kanye-west-bianca-censori-birthday-future-america.html” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>DailyMail.com</a>. “The United States is the only country that Kanye is in where he is constantly getting into scuffles that get him in trouble.”</p>
<p id=”par-9_69″>West has trouble awaiting him in the States upon his return. Lauren Pisciotta, an influencer and former OnlyFans personality who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/bianca-censori-participated-twisted-bizarre-sexual-behavior-kanye-west-new-lawsuit-alleges.html/”>filed a lawsuit against West</a> claiming sexual harassment and stalking. In November 2024, West was accused of evading the lawsuit by staying in Tokyo. When he eventually returns to the U.S., he won’t be able to avoid being served by Pisciotta. </p>

However, a source told <a href=”https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/kanye-west-and-wife-bianca-censori-are-not-divorcing-source-says/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Us Weekly</a> in October 2024 that Censori felt “sick of traveling.” As of January 2025, West and Censori have continued to travel with no sign of stopping.</p>
<p id=”par-11_36″>“They are working through it,” the insider alleged. “Their relationship is definitely rocky. Bianca knew what she was getting herself into when marrying Kanye, but, as months went on, the lifestyle took a toll on her.”</p>

They are OK right now and there are no plans for divorce at this time.”</p>
