A color that worked 10 years ago may suddenly feel harsh, and a cut without shape can start to pull the face down rather than lift it. That does not mean everyone needs a drastic change. Often, a gloss, warmer tone, softer layers, face-framing shape, or a professional blow-dry can make a bigger difference than a dramatic transformation.”</p>
