The Grammy winner, 34, reportedly “worried” Kelce wouldn’t fare well in the face of intense scrutiny as their <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/travis-kelce-brings-major-first-relationships-taylor-swift.html/”>romance blossomed</a>. </p>

<p id=”par-2_33″>According to <a href=”https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/taylor-swift-feared-her-fame-would-scare-travis-kelce-away/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Us Weekly</a>, Kelce’s reaction to the sheer amount of attention that comes with being connected to Swift romantically made sparks fly even more between the Super Bowl winner and “Fortnight” singer. </p>
<p id=”par-3_30″>“His life has changed significantly with the increased public attention,” an insider told the outlet. Swift, they claimed, had concerns about it pushing the Kansas City Chiefs tight end “away.”</p>
<p id=”par-4_48″>“Taylor was worried that bringing Travis into her world would scare him away,” they said. “But he <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/body-language-expert-says-travis-kelce-makes-life-easy-taylor-swift-show-boating-sweet-backstage-moment.html/”>embraced it and handled it</a> so well.” That, the source explained, “made her fall in love with him even more.” (They’ve reportedly had <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/taylor-swift-ready-post-tour-era-travis-kelce-amid-serious-conversations-future.html/”>talks about the future</a> and starting a family.) </p>
<p id=”par-5_28″>Another source noted it wasn’t always easy, especially in the early days of Swift and Kelce’s relationship before he moved into his current 17,000-square-foot mansion in Leawood, Missouri. </p>
<p id=”par-6_28″>“People would show up at his house and leave things on his doorstep,” the insider said. “It kind of freaked him out at first. He didn’t feel safe.”</p>

But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it,” Kelce said. “The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day.
