Stefani is very health-conscious, and Shelton loves to indulge. However, a source recently said Shelton has been taking better care of himself, and Stefani loves the change. </p>

In the past, she’s commented on how his diet and lifestyle habits differ significantly from hers. However, a source told <a href=”https://www.lifeandstylemag.com/posts/blake-shelton-embracing-new-beauty-routine-with-facials-manicures/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Life & Style</a> that Shelton started enjoying regular spa treatments and manicures. </p>
<p id=”par-4_22″>“He’s indulging in spa treatments and manicures and more,” the source claimed. “Even his feet look nice due to the regular pedicures he’s getting.”</p>

According to the insider, the country singer changed his diet by adding lean proteins, vegetables, and fruit — and he felt like a “new man.” Gwen Stefani approved of the change, as she allegedly told <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/blake-sheltons-unhealthy-habits-grating-gwen-stefani-source-says.html/”>Shelton that she didn’t want to get intimate</a> until he made sustainable improvements to his health.</p>
<p id=”par-8_57″>“She said no nookie until she saw improvement,” the source alleged. “It may have sounded harsh, but she had to make Blake realize she was serious! He’s tried to lose weight before with little to no success. But Gwen put her foot down. She wants him to stick around, and his unhealthy habits were grating on her nerves!”</p>
