Expert Explains That King Charles Is Happy to Be Seen as a ‘Normal Human Being’

When we think of King Charles “normal human being” probably aren’t the first words that come to mind. After all, he’s Britain’s monarch who was brought up in a world of such privilege and wealth which most people only dream about. Throughout his entire life King Charles has had plenty of servers, drivers, assistants, chefs, and butlers who do anything and everything for him. He also never had to worry about money or paying a bill on time. And he has access to several different palaces and massive estates.

Being a “normal human being” is more than likely not the way King Charles would classify himself either but according to an expert, he was elated when some did see him as exactly that.

The expert analyzed footage of the king and Queen Camilla (formerly Camilla Parker Bowles)‘s recent tour of Australia and Somoa and revealed that Charles appeared thrilled when he was viewed as just a “normal human being.”

Speaking on behalf of <a href=”https://casino.betfair.com/p/slots” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Betfair Slots, Stanton said: “Generally, when people are not feeling great, they will exhibit certain postures and behavior such as hunched up shoulders, fake smiles, and put on their game face. What lets us know that Camilla and Charles are very comfortable is that Charles’ shoulders are down, there are no fake smiles, and we see genuine emotions of happiness.

“He is happy to be seen as a normal human being. With Camilla, she is not averse to hugging people and taking photos with them. They don’t want to distance themselves from the public. It’s clear they’re completely comfortable, calm, and really happy. I don’t think the monarchy has spent so much time doing walkabouts as they do now. Charles often makes time to go to crowds, which shows how important it is to him and Camilla to connect.”

Stanton continued with his assessment, sharing that although King Charles really liked being “seen as a normal human” he also enjoyed the “rockstar” treatment he and Queen Camilla received upon their arrival in Oceania.

The expert explained: “Charles was immersed in the craziness of support and popularity, like a rockstar’s welcome. His whole face is engaged, he’s renowned for having a great sense of humor, and he has crow’s feet at the side of his face when he smiles, which denotes a sense of genuine happiness and joy. There’s a shot when he’s about to walk away and someone physically reaches out to him, and it’s almost like they can’t let go of him. People have turned out in their thousands to greet Charles and Camilla, and there is a clear sense of elation from those we can see pictured meeting them. Charles is loving being out and about and active, he seems very willing here to immerse himself amongst the masses.

“In another shot, we see Charles reaching out and touching the hands of a woman in the crowd, which is something the late queen never really used to do, holding hands. The monarchy, certainly now, are very tactile people. They’re not averse to hugging people or taking selfies, that sort of thing, and they’ve moved with the times. The fact King Charles is willing to immerse himself physically and emotionally into the crowds show what sort of monarch he wants to be, he wants to be interactive with the public, and doesn’t want to be separate and removed.”
