<p id=”par-2_24″>On April 25, Dr. Dre and Saniei went to dinner at Nobu in Malibu. As they left the restaurant, the pair were holding hands. </p>
<p id=”par-3_33″>This dinner date comes over two years after Saniei filed for divorce from her husband, Jesse Lally. The former couple first got together in 2016 and married in 2018. They share one daughter. </p>

<p id=”par-5_57″>“I had the conversation with Jesse at the beginning of October that it was no longer going to work and I wanted to file for divorce,” Saniei said on the <em>When Reality Hits</em> podcast. “Jesse and I have actually not been together since October, and since then, we were free to date and do whatever we want.”</p>
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading” id=”h-what-was-dr-dre-s-relationship-history-before-michelle-saniei”>What was Dr. Dre’s relationship history before Michelle Saniei?</h2>
<p id=”par-6_51″>Before his date with Saniei, Dr. Dre had a series of relationships that resulted in children. In 1981, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/dr-dre-kendrick-lamar-went-same-high-school.html/”>a 16-year-old Dr. Dre</a> and his then-girlfriend Cassandra Joy Greene welcomed a child together. He did not meet his son, Curtis, until two decades after this, though. Greene and Curtis’ stepfather raised him.</p>
<p id=”par-7_43″>He then began dating Lisa Johnson. Between 1983 and 1985, Dr. Dre and Johnson welcomed three daughters. During this time, he also became involved with LaVetta Washington. They had a daughter together. Later that decade, Dr. Dre and Jenita Porter had a son.</p>
<p id=”par-8_30″>While many of these romances were brief, Dr. Dre had a much more long term relationship with the singer Michel’le. They dated between 1987 and 1996, and welcomed one son. </p>
<p id=”par-9_17″>Later in 1996, Dr. Dre married Nicole Young. They welcomed two daughters and remained <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/theres-an-insane-amount-of-money-at-stake-in-dr-dres-divorce.html/”>married until 2021</a>. </p>
