When quizzed about a prenup, Richards revealed that the pair did not have one because, at the time, there were no assets to protect. Richards said that Umansky didn’t have a dime when they wed. He later <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/is-mauricio-umanskys-the-agency-more-successful-than-selling-sunsets-oppenheim-group.html/”>founded The Agency,</a> a billion-dollar real estate brokerage.</p>
<p id=”par-6_44″>Richards clarified that she believes their finances should be split 50/50, as they built everything together. Umansky hasn’t commented on their financial history together. Richards and Umansky married in 1996. They have three children together. Richards also has a child from a previous relationship.</p>
