<p id=”par-1_64″>Federal agents arrested <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/hip-hop/?swcfpc=1″>hip-hop</a> mogul <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sean-diddy-combs-trial-date-likely-pushed-may-2025.html/”>Sean “Diddy” Combs</a> for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. And the tapes of his <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sean-diddy-combs-freak-off-guests-coming-defense-according-source.html/”>“freak-offs” garnered attention</a> from the public. Combs filmed his “freak-offs” — sexual performances that often went on for days. According to Daniel Baldwin, celebrities want their hands on those tapes, as they don’t want them to emerge in the public eye.</p>

<p id=”par-2_44″>Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “freak-off” tapes received much initial attention after his arrest. Combs allegedly taped the days-long sex parties to blackmail participants potentially. According to Daniel Baldwin, electronically recorded celebrities are now participating in a “bidding war” to get their hands on the tapes.</p>
<p id=”par-3_119″>“He has videos — he has videos of the parties,” Baldwin said while on the <a href=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypJ3-R7hGBE” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”><em>PBD Podcast</em></a>. “Now, what I heard — which, I don’t know how much of it is in mainstream media. I don’t really follow the story that much. But, what I’ve heard from friends that are attorneys of friends of mine that have represented me before, agents, so on, there’s a bidding war going on right now. They’re driving that price up, because if you want your client, a famous actor to not be involved, or a famous singer, to come out, here’s the price. And they’re just selling to the individuals who are in those. This is what I heard! They’re selling those videos.”</p>
<p id=”par-4_29″>Baldwin met Combs in the past and described him as a “very nice guy, very smart. Super business. He’s very successful. And I think that there’s a duality there.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_56″>“There is the faces that showed up at the parties, or the event that went to the big party, and then there was the late-night crowd, when everyone started going, and then the door’s got locked up, and the last 40, 30 people were there,” Baldwin continued. “… And I was never at any of those.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_16″>Baldwin added that he heard “descriptions from people” he knew who attended the late-night parties. </p>

<p id=”par-7_29″>Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani spoke to the <a href=”https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2024-09-27/sean-diddy-combs-sex-trafficking-prosecution-more-like-a-mob-case-than-weinstein-with-racketeering” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>LA Times</a> about the case. Rahmani said any <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/naming-celebrities-connection-sean-diddy-combs-case-will-create-firestorm-attorney-says.html/”>celebrity who participated in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “freak-offs”</a> should feel concerned for themselves. </p>
<p id=”par-8_41″>“If I were a celebrity who participated in one of Combs’ freak-offs, I would be shaking in my boots,” Rahmani said. “At best, they’re a witness in a case that is very likely going to trial. At worst, they’re a co-defendant.”</p>
<p id=”par-9_18″>Criminal defense attorney Louis Shapiro noted that the government interviewed over 50 witnesses and served 300 warrants. </p>
<p id=”par-10_26″>“They are very much treating this matter like a mobster case … and articulating various roles that different people played in supporting the conspiracy,” Shapiro added.</p>

<p id=”par-11_58″>Sean “Diddy” Combs isn’t receiving much support from his famous friends. Several insiders alleged that his previous close buddies, like Ashton Kutcher, hope to distance themselves from Combs. A source told <a href=”https://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/diddys-meticulous-records-enough-to-hang-half-of-hollywood-excl/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>In Touch Weekly</a> that Combs feels “radioactive” in the celebrity world. “… [A]nd it would social suicide to have anything to do with him,” the source says. </p>
