The <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kanye-west-claims-dominion-bianca-censori-disturbing-social-media-rant.html/”>rapper claimed to have “dominion”</a> over his wife and said he has the final say in what she does. Following the rants, rumors swirled that Censori planned to file for divorce. </p>

<p id=”par-4_45″>Initial reports of the alleged divorce suggested <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kanye-west-bianca-censori-prenup.html/”>West and Censori don’t have a prenup</a> and Censori would receive a $5 million payout. However, Attorney Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers told <a href=”https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/13572750/bianca-censori-rake-in-millions-divorce-kanye-west/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>The U.S. Sun</a> that Censori could get a lot more than that. </p>
<p id=”par-5_57″>“I would advise Bianca to ask for a lot more than the $5 million that was previously reported,” Rahmani said. “California is a community property state and without a prenup; she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations. Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_55″>Rahmani added that Censori is currently supporting West as a witness in multiple lawsuits. This comes along with reports that West is having trouble keeping legal representation amid his X rants. Rahmani noted, “Kanye better make sure she is happy and doesn’t turn on him,” as he might need her more than she needs him.</p>
