<p id=”par-3_44″>Rumors surrounding Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner heated up in March 2025. Affleck spends ample time with his ex due to their three kids. The exes went paintballing for their son’s birthday, and photos and videos showed Affleck embracing Garner around her waist. </p>
<p id=”par-4_42″>While the media suspects Affleck and Garner still have feelings for each other, an insider told <a href=”https://pagesix.com/2025/03/15/celebrity-news/inside-the-ben-affleck-jen-garner-j-lo-love-triangle/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Page Six</a> that both Garner and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-split-whole-world-exploded.html/”>Lopez “feel relieved to be done” with Affleck</a>. Additionally, the source alleged that Affleck is “reaching out” to Lopez. </p>
<p id=”par-5_45″>“Ben’s an emotional roller coaster,” the source explained. “He’s even been reaching out to Jennifer [Lopez] again recently. The two Jennifers are actually friends. They bonded over co-parenting their kids. I don’t know why the press feels they have to pit women against each other.”</p>
