<p id=”par-1_75″>It feels like fans have been speculating about Nelly and Ashanti for years. <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/nelly-ashanti-breakup.html/”>Are they back together</a>? Engaged? Pregnant? <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/celebrity-relationships/”>Married</a>? Well, it turned out that all of the answers were “yes.” On July 18, 2024, Ashanti gave birth to their son, Kareem Kenkaide Haynes. Nelly, whose full name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., became a dad for the third time. Now, the couple is settling into baby bliss and not skipping parties along the way.</p>

However, she’s taken some time to further her music career. On October 29, the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/ashantis-reason-for-re-recording-her-debut-album.html/”>“Foolish” singer</a> gave an incredible National Anthem performance at Game 4 of the World Series. Two days later, she attended Nelly’s “Hallowestern” birthday celebration, which took place at Guardian Works in Atlanta.</p>

<p id=”par-3_50″>Nelly outfitted the entire event venue into a spooky Western world. With a November 2nd birthday, it makes sense that the “Hot In Herre” <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/rappers/”>rapper</a> would celebrate on Halloween. The <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/ashanti-pregnant-singer-partner-nelly-massive-fur-coat.html/”>new parents</a> coordinated in black cowboy and cowgirl outfits, smiling and laughing with friends and family throughout the evening. </p>

The 44-year-old looked radiant as she embraced <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/singer-ashanti-reportedly-pregnant-performs-huge-crowd.html/”>her post-baby curves</a>, often placing her hand over her stomach, perhaps thinking of baby Kareem. The “Rock Wit U” singer wore crimson lipstick, dark lashes, and a thick diamond chain around her neck. </p>

She took to <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/p/C-8VW_8OUlg/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> shortly after giving birth and posted a candid photo of herself wearing Frida Mom underwear. </p>
