Now, Guy Gansert, one of the competition’s frontrunners, is being accused of inappropriate behavior, too.</p>

<p id=”par-2_60″>From the beginning, Guy Gansert has been a frontrunner on<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/the-golden-bachelorette-ep-joan-vassos-tapped-lead-series.html/”> Joan Vassos’ season of <em>The Golden Bachelorette</em></a>. However, a restraining order request suggests that Gansert might not be the laidback gentleman he appears to be on the show. According to court records obtained by <a href=”https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/12637155/golden-bachelorette-guy-gansert-threaten-shoot-restraining-order-ex/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>the U.S. Sun</a>, Gansert’s former love interest sought an order of protection against him in 2021.</p>

<p id=”par-3_73″>The woman told police that <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/armed-forces-veterans-financial-professionals-doctor-vying-joan-vassos-attention-the-golden-bachelorette.html/”>the ER physician</a> approached her when she was leaving the gym and threatened to shoot her. The woman said a friend was with her during the incident but did not see her interaction with Gansert. She also claimed Gansert sent her multiple texts that were harassing in nature. It is unclear what her relationship with Gansert was or how long they were romantically linked before the incident occurred.</p>
<p id=”par-4_36″>The order was never granted. According to several publications, the woman voluntarily dropped the request. No charges were filed, and it doesn’t appear that things got physical between the ER doctor and his former love interest.</p>

<p id=”par-5_58″>The former flame who filed the complaint against Gansert remains unnamed. Gansert has only spoken about his marriage during his time on <em>The Golden Bachelorette</em>. It is unclear if the complaint was filed by his ex-wife or a woman he dated after his marriage ended. Still, <em>The Golden Bachelorette</em> fans want to know more about his former spouse.</p>
