Whether you’re staying inside to beat the heat or planning a staycation, the streamer has a full lineup of new shows to keep you entertained this month, including a sure-to-be-controversial docuseries about Michael Jackson and a new season of <em>America’s Sweethearts, </em>its <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/americas-sweethearts-dallas-cowboys-cheerleaders-400-percent-pay-increase.html/”>reality show about the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders</a>. </p>

<p id=”par-3_79″>Fresh on the heels of the <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/michael-biopic-rewriting-history-abuse-allegation-scenes-said-leaving-neverland-director.html/”>blockbuster biopic <em>Michael</em></a><em>, </em>Netflix is delivering a three-part docuseries about the “Thriller” singer’s 2005 trial on child molestation charges. While Jackson was found not guilty, questions have long lingered about the accusations against him, especially after the release of the 2019 documentary <em>Leaving Neverland, </em>where two men accused Jackson of sexual abuse<em>. </em>Loyal fans have voiced their objections to <em>The Verdict, </em>but that likely won’t stop people from hitting play on the series.</p>

Also this season, <em>The Sopranos </em>alum Jamie Lynn-Sigler joins the cast as a writer who befriends Maddie in NYC.</p>

Season 3 of <em>America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders </em>follows the 2025-26 cheer squad from auditions to the NFL season, with all the joy and heartbreak that comes in between. With more than two dozen returning vets, this year, just six spots are open to newcomers, meaning the competition is tougher than ever.</p>

<p id=”par-9_66″>Netflix’s fruitful partnership with best-selling author Harlan Coben continues with <em>I Will Find You. </em>Expect another edge-of-your-seat ride in this twisty thriller about a man who is serving a life sentence after being wrongfully convicted of killing his son. When he learns his son might actually be alive, it sends him on a mission to find the truth. Sam Worthington, Britt Lower, and Milo Ventimiglia star. </p>

<p id=”par-11_60″>The 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence is fast approaching, and Netflix is marking the occasion with <em>The American Experiment, </em>a five-part documentary series that reexamines the founding of the United States. Interviewees from across the spectrum will weigh in, including Al Gore, Kamala Harris, Mike Pence, and Rand Paul, along with academics and other experts. </p>
