MAGA-aligned billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy, who is running for Governor of Ohio with President Trump’s endorsement, was booed at the Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) annual conference this week at Xavier University in Cincinnati.
[YAL is a libertarian-conservative student activist organization formed in the aftermath of the Ron Paul 2008 presidential campaign.]
The booing escalated when Ramaswamy told the young crowd: “No matter what happens, in whichever direction we go, people from my generation have already made it. We’re gonna be fine. It’s gonna be your generation that pays the price.”
One protester in the audience shouted loudly at Ramaswamy, “You are a political cretin, and you need to get the [expletive] out of here.”

Ramaswamy’s Democratic opponent, Dr. Amy Acton, former Director of the Ohio Department of Health, amplified a clip of the speech and added, “Vivek Ramaswamy’s disdain for the people of Ohio is alarming. Truly the entitled mindset of an out-of-touch billionaire.”
